About Us:
Mount Olivet Rolling Acres (MORA) is a nonprofit organization committed to serving a diverse population, including adults, seniors, and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges, and chronic medical conditions. With over five decades of experience in the Twin Cities area, MORA offers a wide range of services including Adult Day Services, Case Management, Community Supports, and various residential options.

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $16.50 to $22.40 per hour, with additional weekend and night shift differentials. A retention bonus of $1500 is available for full-time employees, distributed over the course of one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, medical needs, and daily living activities.
  • Collaborate closely with health services and program supervisors.
  • Manage scheduling and attendance for client appointments, including necessary documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication of medical information among the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate medication administration records and oversee medication management.
  • Support clients in community engagement activities.
  • Implement individualized care plans in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment, ensuring adequate supervision at all times.
  • Document daily activities and program data accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Must pass a background check and meet all regulatory requirements.
