As an Operations Support Specialist, your role will involve prioritizing quality and efficiency while executing various tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipment details, create orders, activate shipments, organize loads, schedule appointments, track shipments, log events, and handle invoicing.
  • Oversee task boards and designated email accounts to address inquiries from customers and carriers.
  • Document occurrences utilizing knowledge from standard operating procedures and personal experience, adhering to established escalation protocols when necessary.
  • Follow up on customer or carrier inquiries to guarantee satisfaction, escalating issues or requests as appropriate.
  • Verify and ensure the precision of load data in systems according to customer specifications.
  • Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team and/or regional requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends (for specific roles).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a call center or similar customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Previous work experience requiring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
