As an Insurance Claims Recovery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to insurance providers and tenants to facilitate the resolution of pending damage claims. Unlike conventional collections roles, where you may encounter numerous unanswered calls, here, each interaction is significant and purposeful. Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound communications and respond to incoming inquiries from insurance companies and tenants regarding outstanding damage claims.
  • Engage in professional negotiations for payments and settlements.
  • Ensure meticulous and accurate documentation of all communications.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members.
  • Achieve and surpass collection goals and performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in collections.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across various platforms (telephone, email, in-person, etc.).
  • Proficient with technology and computer systems.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
