Position Overview
The Eden Prairie, MN office is seeking a Client Relations Specialist focused on onboarding and supporting our high-net-worth clientele. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and expertise to strengthen our relationships with clients who have intricate service and investment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception and Office Management:
    Welcome clients and maintain a clean, inviting office environment. Schedule meetings with product vendors and manage mail distribution.
  • New Client Onboarding:
    Ensure accurate completion of new client documentation and account setup. Follow up on fund transfers and maintain the CRM database.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Process account transactions, trades, and withdrawals. Communicate effectively to understand client needs and resolve issues.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Demonstrate proficiency in financial products and operational processes, including annuities, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
  • Team Support:
    Assist the Advisor Team in streamlining operations and communicating updates to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications
We seek candidates with a 4-year college degree (preferred) and 0-3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn about financial concepts are also required.
