About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Division Operations Manager to join our team at The Management Trust, Inc. in Santa Maria, CA.

Job Description:

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our offices, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, coordinate repairs, and maintain inventory levels
  • Partner with the VP of Community Management to complete chargebacks and manage vehicle maintenance
  • Prepare offices for new hires, maintain records, and order branded items
  • Support meeting needs, facilitate company policies, and manage vendor relationships
  • Document activity in HubSpot and represent the division at community events
  • Act as the Trusted Partners Ambassador and assist with client retention efforts

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of office management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, conflict resolution skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to provide high-level customer service
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, exercise judgement, and maintain confidentiality
