Administrative Coordinator

About Us:
Kya Services, LLC is a dynamic company looking for an experienced administrative coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for facilitating procurement contracts, ensuring comprehensive interdepartmental communication, and managing vendor qualification portals.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be extremely proficient in G-Suite, and have intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will work closely with our executives, sales, and marketing teams to assist with RFP/RFQ, organize company events, and provide sales and marketing support. Additional responsibilities may include managing executive calendars, phone support, and some travel.
Requirements:
3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position is required. Construction industry experience is preferred. You must be able to comprehend technical instruction, understand standard office procedures, and possess comprehensive verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and Excel formulas is also necessary.
