As a Program Manager within the Sales Operations Strategy team, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing intricate technical initiatives that propel the organization forward.


Your Responsibilities:
1. Engage deeply with our Sales and Account Management teams to understand their daily operational challenges and pinpoint obstacles that hinder scalability across the organization.
2. Analyze complex issues, align with business objectives, establish requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive execution towards a unified goal.
3. Collaborate closely with business leaders and technical partners to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
4. Manage the strategic roadmap for your initiatives in partnership with leadership and stakeholders.
5. Develop metrics to evaluate the impact of your initiatives against broader organizational goals.
6. Foster relationships with teams within Sales & Account Management and key stakeholders in Customer Success, Automation, Marketing, and Product.
7. Create and refine comprehensive solutions, ensuring timely delivery that meets established business objectives and requirements.
