Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Market Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our sales force to gain market usage for physicians, providing technical assistance, and driving market growth through education and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement market development strategies
  • Provide technical assistance and support to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the medical device industry
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of market development strategies

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience
  • At least 3 years of medical sales experience
  • Experience with market development and sales in the medical device industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with procedural sales in the office and operating room
  • Experience with new technology sales and product launches
  • Experience with market development and sales in the ENT surgeon market
