Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging deeply with our Sales and Account Management teams to understand their daily operational challenges and identify barriers to scalability across the organization.
- Interpreting complex issues, aligning with business strategies, defining requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution towards a unified objective.
- Collaborating closely with business leaders and technical partners to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Managing the program roadmap in partnership with leadership and stakeholders.
- Establishing metrics to evaluate the impact of your programs against broader organizational goals.
- Building strong relationships with teams within Sales and Account Management, as well as key stakeholders in Customer Success, Automation, Marketing, and Product.
- Developing and refining comprehensive solutions while ensuring timely delivery that aligns with defined business objectives and requirements.
You should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, product management, or strategy and operations roles within a technology organization.
- Experience in documenting cross-functional business and technical requirements (e.g., Product Request Documents, Business Requirement Documents).
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to design and implement end-to-end programs, with a solid understanding of the underlying platforms and technologies.
- Experience in segmenting and prioritizing extensive multi-quarter projects into pilot programs and subsequent iterations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker (or equivalent data visualization tools), and Snowflake (or equivalent SQL tools).
Square adopts a market-based approach to compensation, and salaries may vary based on your location. U.S. locations are classified into one of four zones based on a labor cost index for that geographic area. The starting salary for successful candidates will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be subject to future adjustments.
Zone A: USD $122,900 - USD $184,300
Zone B: USD $116,700 - USD $175,100
Zone C: USD $110,600 - USD $165,800
Zone D: USD $104,500 - USD $156,700
