Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and oversee sales strategies to maximize profitability from accommodations, meetings, banquets, and food and beverage services.
  2. Prepare and execute the approved marketing strategy for the hotel.
  3. Achieve a high yield percentage of reservations for Accor hotels globally.
  4. Conduct research and identify potential markets for the hotel.
  5. Assist the Director of Sales in creating and monitoring the Sales & Marketing action plan.
  6. Supervise and manage the hotel's Sales & Marketing initiatives.
  7. Analyze market comparisons to assess our competitive position and implement necessary actions.
  8. Innovate and develop effective marketing techniques.
  9. Identify new revenue-generating opportunities across all hotel departments.
  10. Prepare timely reports as required by the General Manager.
  11. Engage with travel agents, tour operators, and conference planners, showcasing the hotel’s facilities.
  12. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local competitors.
  13. Ensure maximum sales growth from the hotel's private line program.
  14. Host clients within the hotel, in accordance with the General Manager's approval.
  15. Represent the Marketing and Sales department in executive meetings.
  16. Adapt to changes in Marketing and Sales functions as dictated by industry trends or company directives.
  17. Assume full responsibilities of the Director of Sales & Marketing during their absence.
  18. Follow up on outstanding payments through meetings with the General Manager and Credit Manager, taking necessary actions for payment resolution.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or a degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales management role within the hospitality or tourism sector.
  3. Essential experience in revenue management.
  4. Proficient in social media analytics and data interpretation.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and public relations.
  6. A proven track record of results-driven leadership and team development.
