Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop and manage technical programs that align with business objectives, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams, to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Requirements Definition: Define and document business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Program Execution: Manage program roadmaps, establish metrics, and track progress against business goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical partners, and customer-facing teams.
  • Solution Development: Develop and iterate end-to-end solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting defined business goals and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, and/or strategy and operations roles at a technology company.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with technical teams to build and deliver end-to-end programs, with technical knowledge of underlying platforms and technologies.
  • Business Acumen: Experience documenting cross-functional business and technical requirements, segmenting and prioritizing large multi-quarter projects, and working with Salesforce, Looker, and Snowflake.
