Vaco is collaborating with a client in the Entertainment sector seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to assist the Legal department and two attorneys. In this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass managing calendars, overseeing expense reporting, and welcoming visitors.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate and is structured on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing calendars and coordinating meetings
  • Comprehensive expense reporting
  • Providing administrative support to two key legal professionals
  • Welcoming and directing visitors
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Concur is highly desirable
  • Experience with expense reporting is essential
