Job Summary

U.S. Legal Support is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a part-time role. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our litigation consulting team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the office's calendar using Outlook
  • Maintain and update client contacts
  • Assist with travel arrangements, as needed
  • Coordinate with the accounting department regarding retentions, invoicing needs, and expense reports
  • Provide general office support, including scheduling conference rooms, shipping and supply orders, and coordinating with the building landlord, as needed
  • Manage document scanning and e-filing

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
