Litigation Support Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic team of professionals in the litigation consulting sector.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the office calendar using Outlook
- Maintain and update client contact information
- Assist with travel arrangements as necessary
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding billing, invoicing, and expense reports
- Provide general office support, including scheduling conference rooms and managing supply orders
- Handle document management, scanning, and electronic filing

Requirements:
