Pavion, a leading provider of IT services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
