Business Development Representative

Pavion, a leading provider of IT services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
