About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Inside Business Development Representative to join our team at Cyderes. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to connect with the world's most trusted brands and build relationships with thought leaders in the cybersecurity industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our outside sales representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with information about our services and solutions, and working to uncover potential opportunities for growth.

As an Inside Business Development Representative, you will have the chance to make a direct impact on the company's exponential growth and global expansion. You will work alongside some of the most talented people in the business, and have the opportunity to grow your career in a promote-from-within culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide quality service to internal and external partners, upholding Cyderes values
  • Prospect into new potential partners, targeting value-added resellers, value-added distributors, and ISV/technology vendor partners
  • Partner effectively with the sales and channels team to drive coverage and maintain positive relationships
  • Communicate our company's value proposition through phone calls to potential partners
  • Utilize our best-in-class CRM platform to drive channel sales process and maximize communication
  • Attend and complete technology and sales trainings, and/or trade shows as required or requested
  • Actively solicit for all Managed Service opportunities, referring leads as appropriate
Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree or higher education
  • 0 – 1 years of inside sales experience OR customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong sense of urgency and a competitive edge

  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making 50+ cold calls a day
