Farha Roofing, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to develop and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain business relationships with developers, real estate brokers, commercial property owners, engineers, and general contractors.
  • Lead Generation: Produce qualified leads and provide contract proposals to potential clients.
  • Customer Service: Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts and expand business relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Create, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Three years of previous sales experience building relationships and expanding a client base in the commercial construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT's, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge and relationships in the construction market, track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
