Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative at American Interiors, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for educating customers, being a resource and advocate for them, and seeking opportunities for new business. This includes actively cold-calling and utilizing existing resources for warm leads, as well as attending client planning meetings to determine end results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Utilize product knowledge to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Provide regular sales forecasts to management and participate in sales planning and budgeting processes
