Job Overview

Daily Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Palm Beach Shores Resort. This role is essential in managing Front Office Operations and performing Manager on Duty responsibilities, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Accountable for the training, mentoring, and evaluation of front desk personnel.
  • Monitor guest check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high RCI scores.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently by all staff members.
  • Resolve guest complaints and special requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for front desk agents and support staff.
  • Perform Night Audit duties as scheduled and cover shifts when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Participate in emergency response training and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
