Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is motivational, passionate, and fun The Assistant Director of Front Office will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office guest services team, PBX, and bell staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assure guest service standards are being applied consistently
  • Ensure all hotel and department policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
  • Lead and motivate the front office team to provide exceptional levels of service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and employee relation skills
  • Ability to mentor, train, and develop staff
  • Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking and be goal- and results-oriented
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
