Job Overview

Daily Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Palm Beach Shores Resort. This role comes with a sign-on bonus upon hire.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing Front Office Operations, performing Manager on Duty responsibilities, and collaborating with various departments to enhance guest satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities include staffing, training, mentoring, scheduling, and evaluating front desk personnel. The Assistant Front Office Supervisor will also be responsible for achieving high RCI scores for check-in and check-out processes. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Oversee Front Office staff to ensure adherence to Resort standards and policies.
  • Resolve guest complaints and special requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Train and mentor front desk agents, night audit staff, and bell personnel.
  • Perform Night Audit functions as scheduled and cover shifts when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments to enhance guest services.
  • Monitor cash handling and assist with transactions as needed.
  • Conduct property walks to collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering for improved guest services.
  • Ensure compliance with fire-life-safety procedures and maintain staff training in emergency protocols.
  • Document guest incidents and follow up as required.
  • Assist in conducting regular meetings to keep Front Office staff informed and engaged.
  • Manage daily Front Office reports and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Support the Front Desk Manager in various administrative tasks and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
