Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your target market and territory
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close of sale
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and candidates, both existing and new
- Source and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
- Build strong partnerships with clients to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth
- Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants within the office
- Contribute to the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients
- Minimum 2 years' experience in b2b sales or 360 recruitment environment
- Proven prospecting and closing business skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards etc.)
- Positive attitude and desire to win, with a proven track record of achieving quotas or objectives
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Adaptable and coachable, with a willingness to learn and develop as a sales professional
- High base salary with uncapped quarterly commissions
