Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Spoiler Alert. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the CPG industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in the CPG industry, including Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Finance teams.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships.
- Articulate the value proposition of Spoiler Alert's software solution and negotiate contract terms with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing feedback and insights on sales motions, GTM processes, and marketing materials to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding individual quota for net new customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the CPG industry, including supply chain management, trade promotion, and inventory optimization.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including identifying key decision-makers, building relationships, and navigating organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate a quantitative-heavy value proposition and communicate metrics, ROI calculations, and other data to demonstrate value to clients.
- Strong proficiency with G Suite, familiarity with business productivity applications, and a high level of comfort with new technology.
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the CPG industry, particularly in supply chain, distribution, and retail.
- Experience dealing with individuals in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Finance roles.
- Familiarity with inventory management, trade promotion, e-commerce, and analytics tools.
