Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Plume is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth company and contribute to the success of our sales team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, including communication service providers and other key stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based applications to the mid-market
  • Extensive experience selling to communication service providers (CSPs) and other key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
