Job Overview

Plume is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Extensive experience selling to Communication/Internet Service Providers (CSP/ISP) and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with and implementing MEDDPICC.
What We Offer

Plume offers a competitive total compensation package, including an anticipated OTE compensation range of $200,000 to $300,000 + equity + benefits. Benefits include a 401k plan with a company match, basic life insurance, and unparalleled health, dental, vision, and other benefits and perks.

An employee's base salary and position within the range may depend on several factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and other business-related considerations. Published ranges are provided in good faith at the time of posting.
