Key Responsibilities of the Technology Executive:

  • Direct the technical components of the company’s strategy to guarantee alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies that provide a competitive edge.
  • Assist various departments in the effective and profitable application of technology.
  • Oversee system infrastructure to maintain functionality and operational efficiency.
  • Establish quality assurance and data protection protocols.
  • Manage KPIs and IT budgets to evaluate technological effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to facilitate necessary technological enhancements.
  • Engage in discussions regarding technology strategy with partners and investors.

Qualifications for the Technology Executive:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a CTO or similar role.
  • Extensive experience in budget management and business planning.
  • Proven track record in conducting technological assessments and research to formulate strategy.
  • Strong understanding of current technological trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Robust problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • BSc or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant graduate degree is advantageous.
