Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Work Arrangement: On Site

Key Responsibilities

As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and the AchieveKids team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing front office operations, including managing the phone system, greeting visitors, and enforcing visitor check-in protocols.
  • Facilitating communication among students, parents, vendors, school districts, and community partners.
  • Coordinating IEP scheduling and notifications.
  • Maintaining the school calendar and assisting with necessary paperwork for compliance with State and County regulations.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Handling internal and external mail distribution, including packages.
  • Processing check deposits and maintaining the petty cash system.
  • Maintaining communication with security and emergency service providers, as well as managing various databases.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven office management experience, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional public relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is advantageous.
  • Valid California Driver's License and a clean DMV record.
  • TB Clearance and DOJ Background check clearance are required.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay for this position is $30.64. The compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the scope of responsibilities and the qualifications of the selected candidate.
