Position: Program Coordinator at a leading educational institution

Schedule: Part-time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Compensation: $23 per hour

Your Role
  • Facilitate structured activities for groups of students based on the Elevo curriculum.
  • Encourage participation in sports, games, and various engaging activities.
  • Support students' behavioral management needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, educators, and fellow coaches.
  • Lead outdoor lessons designed to foster enthusiasm for learning.
  • Act as a positive role model, enhancing students' self-esteem and emotional well-being.

About You
  • Experience working with elementary or middle school students is preferred.
  • Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students independently.
  • Capable of adapting and taking initiative as necessary.
  • Approachable, empathetic, and patient, with a talent for building trust with children.
  • Exhibit confidence as a leader and a positive role model.
  • Connect with students to create positive learning experiences.
  • Pay attention to student needs and adjust activities accordingly.
  • Ensure activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently within set timeframes.

Additional Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and completion of a background check.
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development is strongly preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols as required.
