Administrative Coordinator

Balbix is seeking an experienced Office/HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Coordinate breakfast and lunch arrangements for employees
- Arrange hotel stays for visiting customers and employees
- Assist with internal event planning, including team-building activities and social events
- Manage office expenses and maintain a budget
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees
- Maintain conference rooms and ensure they are well-equipped and organized
- Assist with team swag orders and other administrative tasks
- Manage general company voicemail and assist with HRIS and ATS maintenance
- Support with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office coordination and HR administration
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Office 365
- High technology startup experience is preferred
- US work authorization is required
