Role Overview

The facilitator plays a crucial role in the functioning of Education for Sharing. Their primary responsibility is to implement the organization's educational initiatives in schools, community centers, and educational institutions, ensuring effective execution and successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver Learning through Play training for educators, parents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor the application of the E4S educational offerings.
  • Collaborate in the adaptation and enhancement of the E4S programs' curriculum.
  • Actively engage in meetings with administrators, parents, and external partners as needed.
  • Provide regular progress reports.
  • Gather testimonials, anecdotes, and lessons learned from project implementations.
  • Organize documentation, including surveys, impact evaluation data, and other reports.
  • Assist in identifying educational spaces for implementing E4S programs and services.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual who:

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or related fields.
  • Is fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Has experience in group management.
  • Has a background in working with teachers, children, and parents.
  • Possesses strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a genuine interest and commitment to education.
  • Can work effectively in a team, both in-person and remotely.
  • Is adaptable and responsive to the needs of learners, educators, and the organization.
  • Is a self-starter capable of independent work on a daily basis.
  • Is willing to travel to designated educational institutions.
