Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Clinician 2 to join our team at Marion County. This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and a valid Oregon license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessments and treatment services to individuals and families, including groups, and crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans, and provide brief therapy and community outreach as required.
  • Work closely with community partners, including Salem Hospital, Marion County Jail, and other agencies, to address urgent/crisis situations.
  • Manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs and diagnoses, and provide intensive services as needed.
  • Participate in diversion program meetings, provide case reviews, and discuss potential clients and services.
  • Attend monthly PCC team meetings and perform other job duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Valid Oregon license as a LCSW or QMHP.
  • One year of post-master's degree experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with other employees, individuals, and their families, and to work within a team and collaborate with team members.
