Job Summary

The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers to provide expert advice on our products and services. Utilizing your knowledge and skills, you will create a world-class sales and service experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Effectively represent our products and services by demonstrating sales expertise and product knowledge to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on the full capabilities of our offerings, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Adopt a customer-first approach in all interactions, actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer experience objectives.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for customers, ensuring they understand how to utilize and manage all company products and services.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with customer care teams to resolve any customer issues.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete necessary training and participate in team meetings and learning sessions.
  • Understand the sales compensation plan and its key components.
  • Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to work in different locations as needed.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing or moving about the store consistently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour
Total Target Compensation: $24.69 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission). Our compensation programs provide opportunities for significant earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required. 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
