Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including custom clothing, special occasion rentals, and retail sales.
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques, including team selling, relationship-building, and upselling/cross-selling.
- Meet and maintain personal sales volume goals while maintaining an above-average quality of sale.
- Assist in receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean, neat, and organized store.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including complying with brand standards and visual merchandising tasks.
- Help monitor the security of all company property and report any discrepancies to management.
- Effectively participate as a member of a store team, interacting with colleagues in a manner that supports the achievement of established team goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
