Overview :

The Sales Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the management team to achieve sales and profitability objectives by fostering a vibrant and positive store atmosphere. The primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding customer experience by leading the sales floor and allowing management to concentrate on overall store leadership. The Sales Lead also assists in maintaining excellent visual merchandising and operational standards. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, the Sales Lead assumes the responsibilities of the manager on duty.

Responsibilities :

Sales Performance and Generation

Accountable for meeting individual and store sales and productivity targets:

When serving as the manager on duty, communicates store and individual objectives to all team members and utilizes performance metrics to motivate and guide behaviors. Recognizes and celebrates both individual and team achievements. Fosters customer loyalty by establishing genuine connections with clients, achieving credit card and email capture goals, and participating in company-sponsored outreach initiatives. Collaborates with customers to promptly and effectively resolve merchandise and service issues, ensuring a positive customer experience and ongoing loyalty.

Team Coaching

Cultivates a positive and energetic store environment that promotes teamwork and individual contributions:

Acts as a Sales Floor Leader and a role model to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of segment selling objectives. Encourages team members to explore new styles to enhance product knowledge, assist customers in creating outfits, and represent the brand image effectively. Motivates customers to try on items and ensures associates provide genuine advice to help them build their wardrobe. Aids in training new team members, focusing on product knowledge and customer experience.

Visual Merchandising

Assists in planning and executing store layouts and ongoing merchandising efforts. Ensures that high visual standards are consistently upheld. Regularly replenishes the sales floor to ensure all sizes and minimum standards are adequately represented.

Operational Excellence

When acting as the manager on duty, adjusts weekly schedules as necessary to meet customer demands. Utilizes company tools to ensure optimal daily floor coverage and task management. Engages in all operational functions, including knowledge and adherence to company policies, marketing, product replenishment, markdowns, promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization. Aids in safeguarding company assets and minimizing merchandise loss by overseeing inventory processes in accordance with company procedures. Ensures compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws to maintain a safe environment and protect company assets. Executes all responsibilities in the best interest of the company and brand. Qualifications :
Strong leadership qualities, training capabilities, and team-building skills. Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record in sales. Proficient in style, merchandising, and wardrobe consulting. Ability to clearly communicate goals and objectives to the team. Entrepreneurial mindset and creativity. Treats all team members with respect and motivates through inspiring leadership. 2+ years of experience in Women's Specialty Retail required, with 1+ years in a supervisory role preferred. Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and general Microsoft Office software. Experience with relevant Human Resource processes. Must be available to work during peak business periods, including weekends. About Us :
