This role encompasses key responsibilities in team leadership within the retail sector, including recruitment, training, mentoring, scheduling, and performance management of staff to ensure a superior customer experience, operational efficiency, and high-quality service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring the store's visual appeal.
  • Completing necessary reports and accounting tasks related to daily operations, including physical inventory counts.
  • Leading the inventory management team and overseeing store operations and visual merchandising.
  • Driving operational excellence to support a customer-centric environment.

Annual Salary Range: $72,000-$80,000

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the authority on exemplary customer service and brand engagement.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operational tasks and overall store management.
  • Oversee the execution of opening and closing procedures, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Guide team members, prioritize tasks, and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Build and develop teams focused on customer solutions, loyalty, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to inventory management and brand visual standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Achieve and surpass targets related to customer experience, sales, and productivity.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching abilities.
  • Create a motivating work environment that encourages team members to excel.
  • Act as the Floor Leader to guarantee a world-class customer experience.
  • Support team members in customer interactions and transactions.

Provide coaching and feedback to staff on performance metrics, recognizing positive contributions and addressing areas for improvement. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products and services.

Management and Development:

  • Conduct interviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Inspire and engage team members to achieve success.
  • Lead by example and share product knowledge.
  • Delegate responsibilities to promote associate growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Product Launch Coordination:

Collaborate with management to effectively launch new products and services, ensuring that staff are well-prepared and trained. Monitor post-launch performance and implement best practices for continuous improvement.

Merchandising and Compliance:

  • Adhere to merchandising standards and maintain store appearance.
  • Drive compliance with operational processes and policies.
  • Manage payroll and attendance, ensuring timely completion of required training.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Management within customer-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage dynamic teams.
  • Experience in operational management in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with consumer electronics and technology products.
