Job Summary

The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers to provide expert advice on our products and services. Utilizing your knowledge and skills, you will create a world-class sales and service experience.

This role involves working under moderate supervision and being accountable for individual performance and team impact.

Core Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically represent our products and services, showcasing your sales expertise to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on the full range of product capabilities, ensuring they maximize their experience.
  • Adopt a customer-first mindset in all interactions, actively listening to and assessing customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer experience objectives.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for customers, ensuring they understand how to utilize and manage all company products and services.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with customer care teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to all company policies and retail operational procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and actively participate in team meetings and learning sessions.
  • Understand the sales compensation plan and its key components.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to work in various locations as needed.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds and remain mobile throughout the store.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Base Pay: $17.00

Total Target Compensation: $24.69 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission). Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required.

2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
