Job SummaryThe Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers to provide expert advice on our products and services. Utilizing your knowledge and skills, you will create a world-class sales and service experience.

- Meet and exceed sales and customer experience objectives.
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for customers, ensuring they understand how to utilize and manage all company products and services.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with customer care teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies and retail operational procedures.
- Complete training requirements and actively participate in team meetings and learning sessions.
- Understand the sales compensation plan and its key components.
- Be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to work in various locations as needed.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds and remain mobile throughout the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Base Pay: $17.00
Total Target Compensation: $24.69 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission). Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.

Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required.
2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
