Position Overview
The Retail Sales Floor Lead at Vuori plays a pivotal role in guiding the retail sales team by exemplifying our brand values and establishing meaningful connections with customers through extensive product knowledge and a positive demeanor.

This position is crucial to the store's leadership team, overseeing the retail floor, taking initiative, delegating tasks, and serving as a reliable resource for the team.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Floor Lead assists with various leadership responsibilities, collaborating closely with both the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that each customer receives unparalleled service.
- Take ownership of the sales floor and the sales team, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Prepare fitting rooms, assist customers in finding sizes, and provide honest and knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.

- Build lasting relationships with customers by engaging them in discussions about product details, new arrivals, and upcoming events.
- Stay informed about new products and bestsellers, sharing insights with both customers and team members.

- Lead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets in a collaborative commission-based environment.

- Seek knowledge about the broader fashion landscape and activewear to become a trusted expert for customers.
- Guide the team in completing projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.

Leadership and Management
- Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager on daily operations, sales strategies, community engagement, and team management to ensure smooth business operations.

- Oversee daily store maintenance, including restocking products, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Exercise responsibility and attention to safety protocols during store opening and closing procedures.

- Encourage team members to consistently perform at their best, adhere to punctuality, and fulfill their role responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Availability for morning and/or evening shifts, working 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day and holidays.
- Proven leadership in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Expertise in customer service, creating memorable experiences, and fostering relationships with customers while effectively addressing their concerns.

- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner of new procedures and processes.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and initiative.
- Willingness to develop new skills and responsiveness to feedback.

Additional Information
Pay Range: $19/hr - $21/hr + Daily Team Commission
