Job Overview

They will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with key distributors, creating strategic sales plans, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales volume targets
  • Identify and prospect potential distributors, establishing strong business relationships
  • Collaborate with distributors to create and execute effective sales and marketing plans
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide sales training and support to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
  • Regularly review customer stockholding and range to identify opportunities to further enhance the availability and potential of our products
  • Regularly monitor customer websites to ensure our products are presented accurately, optimized, and that key unique selling points are clearly highlighted
  • Contribute ideas and insights to the distribution marketing plan to enhance brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in successful B2B sales or distribution management, preferably from transducer, professional audio, musical instrument amplification, or electronics industries
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Manage and grow annual sales volume
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiasm for developing new business and contributing to sales and marketing strategy
  • Manage customer expectations and problem-solve issues
