Contract Management Specialist

At National Distribution and Contracting, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Rebate Manager to lead our rebate operations team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of coordinators responsible for processing rebates and contract updates.
- Develop and maintain rebate tracking tools, reports, and analytics to provide insights into program effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in contract and rebate management.
- Implement process improvements to streamline rebate management, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage a mixed team of domestic and international employees effectively.
- Validate escalated requests and triage them to optimize workflow.
- Assign and monitor one-off projects to the team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4 Years experience in manufacturer rebates.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience in Data Analytics.
- Well organized and self-motivated.
