  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from prospective dealers
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Maintain a database of prospective client information
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Enter dealer orders promptly into CRM for processing
  • Follow up with dealers post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales and metric goals
  • Obtain and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our products
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience in musical accessories and instrument-related sales or sales support roles
  • Experience with and deep knowledge of guitars, basses, and accessories
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people throughout the day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Previous experience in outbound call centers, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience preferred
