Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to join our team at Asure Software. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of payroll payments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare paycheck packages for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate supplies for building, wrapping, and sorting outbound packages.
  • Utilize modern technology systems to sort and prepare orders for expedited delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and manifests of all items packaged.
  • Assist the payroll specialist team with delivery instructions as needed.
  • Work overtime during busy seasons as required.
  • Support ad hoc projects critical to company success.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
  • General computer skills are a must.
  • Ability to stand or move for extended periods.
  • Team player with a supportive and helpful attitude.
Compensation and Benefits

The base range for this role is $21.00 per hour, depending on level of experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K program, employee stock purchase program, fitness reimbursement program, and self-managed PTO.
