TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Lead to oversee operations within our Toll By Plate Department.

Position Overview: The Customer Service Lead role is crucial in facilitating various revenue collection initiatives within the Toll By Plate Department at our Customer Service Center. This position operates on a full-time basis during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities: The essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Gathering and analyzing data for revenue collection initiatives.
  • Investigating individuals or entities with multiple accounts that collectively hold a significant outstanding balance.
  • Supporting Financial Analysts with compliance tasks and managing fraudulent account maintenance.
  • Collaborating with Toll Enforcement Supervisors and staff as necessary, which includes processing appeals, conducting image reviews, managing inbound calls, and overseeing payment arrangements.
