Job Description

Reporting directly to the District Manager, this role will focus on administrative tasks within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of clerical functions, including:

  • Answering phone calls and providing customer support.
  • Dispatching service technicians efficiently.
  • Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized files.

You will also utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare correspondence, forms, orders, and other documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting professionally with customers and colleagues.

This position requires cross-training in all office administration functions and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration roles.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration roles.
  • Experience in office management and/or leadership positions.
