Position Overview:
The Customer Service Lead role is essential in facilitating various revenue collection initiatives within the Toll By Plate Department at TransCore's Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance customer service operations to ensure efficient revenue collection.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, with scheduled hours between 7 AM and 7 PM.
