Overview:

As the Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily customer service operations. Your role will involve inspiring, motivating, and guiding team members to deliver outstanding, friendly, and professional service consistently. You will set a positive example, embodying our Burlington philosophy and core values. Ensuring a customer-first approach will be your top priority, while maintaining a focus on friendliness, efficient checkout, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify company core values and Burlington philosophy, setting standards for the receiving team.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by prioritizing friendliness, checkout speed, and positive feedback through a customer-first mindset.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front-end area, addressing any issues with registers and transactions promptly.
  • Oversee meal and break schedules while ensuring adherence to set schedules.

Requirements:

Candidates should be flexible with their availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical demands include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and the capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
