Supervisor, Client Services Manager

Job Summary:
The Client Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Client Services team, ensuring that all cases are processed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of Client Services representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Case Management: Oversee the processing of cases, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and underwriting departments, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a Senior Case Manager or in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, experience with PCs in a Windows environment.
- Qualifications: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to communicate precisely and professionally with internal and external customers.
