Sales Development Director Job Summary:

About the Position:
The Association of Pickleball Players (APP) is seeking an experienced Sales Development Director to join our Strategic Partnerships team. This role is responsible for generating revenue through sponsorship sales and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the APP's revenue streams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of four years' experience in sponsorship sales or media sales
- Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year
