Accumen Inc. is a leading provider of integrated anemia and chronic disease care management software solutions and patient blood management consulting services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven VP, Clinical Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic sales team in the United States.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clinical strategies and workflows, healthcare regulations, and the technology landscape within the healthcare industry.

This role requires a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

  • Identify and target potential healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and ACO's/payers, to promote our software solutions and patient blood management consulting services.
  • Conduct assessments, financial analysis, and product demos to showcase how our software and standard clinical consulting services can improve clinical operations and patient care and improve financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital/health system decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and client feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare technology.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • National travel up to 50%

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare technology or software industry.
  • Good understanding of blood products and hospital transfusion practices/services.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care management, and healthcare regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
