Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engagement to join our team at C.A. Fortune in Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days of in-office work per week. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in the CPG industry, with a strong background in sales, category management, and client relationships.
Job DescriptionThe Director of Engagement will be responsible for managing national top client partnerships, focusing on strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Client relationship management nationally for select C.A. Fortune client partnerships
- Strategic leadership - analyzing and tracking macro level KPIs for clients' book of business
- Partnering with Sales Development teams to prioritize client selling needs
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams, develop annual budgets rooted in analytics, and establish regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to drive mutual partnership success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 7-10+ years of experience in CPG sales and category management
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills
- Aptitude to interpret and use multiple information sources to develop strategic plans
- 16 days of PTO per year
- 11 paid company holidays per year
