In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting field construction operations in a specific discipline, ensuring effective oversight of construction activities.
  • Receiving guidance from the assigned Superintendent or Project Manager to execute your responsibilities effectively.
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of subcontractor activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitoring subcontractor compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to assess manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
  • Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a secure work environment in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Preparing progress reports and keeping management informed of project developments.
  • Engaging with clients and design professionals to ensure alignment with project goals and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously enhancing your professional knowledge and skills to drive innovation and productivity within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
+ A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management is required.+ A valid driver's license is necessary.Preferred Qualifications
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
